How we handle your information

This page covers the booking request form on this website. Your health records at the clinic are covered separately by the privacy consent you sign at your first visit.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), the treatment you're interested in, how and when you'd like to be contacted, whether you've visited before, and anything you write in the message box. We also record the page you sent the request from and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad campaign name, so we know which ads are worth paying for.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about your request and book your consultation. If you tick the optional box, we may also send you occasional offers; you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "stop" or telling us.

Advertising measurement

If you arrived from one of our Google ads, we may tell Google that a request was sent or a call button was tapped, so we can see which ads work. We never send Google your name, contact details, the treatment you asked about, or whether you booked.

Who sees it

Only Niloura staff who arrange bookings. We don't sell or share your information. The form is stored in a secure database run by our website host, Cloudflare, which may store data outside Canada. Access is password-protected and limited to our staff. When a new request arrives, our clinic email inbox receives an alert that contains only a request number, never your name, contact details or treatment.

How long we keep it

Requests that don't lead to an appointment are deleted automatically after 12 months. If you become a client, your information moves into your clinic record.

Please keep medical details for your visit

The form isn't the place for a detailed health history. We'll go through that privately at your consultation.
